Roger & Justin spent a weekend at Camp LaNoChe for the second time and had just as much fun as they did in November. Chase went along too and was able to participate in everything Justin did... swimming, archery, basketball, lassoing, bb gun shooting, crafts, knot tying, hiking, campfire fun, etc. Carly and I even made the trek up there for the day on Saturday and enjoyed watching all the activities and playing in the dirt. The campground is beautiful, but there are some things in nature that aren't so beautiful -- like ticks. I found a couple of them crawling on Carly while we were there and also found a few on Roger and one on Chase after they returned home. Ticks are small, but gross! Then there's the White-Marked Tussock Moth Caterpillar that looks neat to play with, but can blow out it's "spines" and cause an allergic reaction on some people, namely Chase. His neck and chest were covered with hives that turned into scabs with lots of scratching. Other than that, a fun time was had by all and they are looking forward to their third visit.
